Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the cleaning of general areas (bathrooms, hallways, break rooms, etc.)
  • Responsible for office garbage collection, sweeping/mopping floors, and overall cleanliness of buildings
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor (light bulb replacement, clock battery change outs, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Some mechanical ability a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and pride in work is essential
  • Ability to work effectively with all personality types
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction
  • Self-directed and can work independently
  • Valid Driver's License
