    Job Responsibilities:

    • Content management for newly established ERP system, NetSuite
    • Support the inventory management system(s) implementation
    • Assist in set-up and maintenance of purchased items
    • Lead the formalization of purchasing processes and procedures
    • Assist the Director of Purchasing and Material Buyers in establishing commodity strategies
    • Perform risk management of potential and existing vendors
    • Establish, execute, and publish required purchasing reports
    • Support the department in creating template agreements and contracts

    Job Requirements:

    • 5 or more years of purchasing experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes
    • Construction industry familiarity is preferred
    • Inventory and warehouse management experience
    • Expertise in ERP systems, NetSuite is preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to define purchasing analytics
    • Proven excellence with Microsoft office with emphasis Excel
