    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for facility preventative maintenance and repairs
    • Lubricate dampers, motors, and other mechanical equipment
    • Responsible for minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
    • Check for fire hazards, checks fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment
    • Perform minor carpentry repairs as needed
    • Check and change equipment belts
    • Perform repairs and/or replacements on drywall, wood, carpet, and other materials around the facility
    • Assist in the submission of work orders for major repairs

    Job Requirements:

    • At least 3 years’ experience in a service environment
    • Ability to perform facility maintenance and repairs as needed
    • Familiarity with making minor plumbing and electrical repairs
    • Ability to train Maintenance Apprentices on facility preventative maintenance and repairs
    • Knowledgeable of job site safety and guidelines
