    Job Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process vendor invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures
    • Package weekly check run for payment processing
    • Review and analyze invoices, check requests, and statements for accuracy
    • Work with receivers and purchasers to ensure timely payment of invoices
    • Work with vendors to ensure best payment options and terms are implemented
    • Identify and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
    • Ad hoc projects

    Job Requirements:

    • 1+ years of accounting experience
    • 1+ years of ERP software experience, NetSuite preferred
    • Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of general accounting principles
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Well organized and self-motivated
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
