    Job Responsibilities:

    • Understand the scope of work related to industrial trade projects (electrical, concrete, mechanical, etc.)
    • Ensure all resources are on time and scheduled to complete work efficiently
    • Understand and communicate customer's expectations for scope of work, safety, timing, and quality to field personnel
    • Communicate leads, potential change orders, and possible time and material opportunities to Account Manager so additional work can be quoted
    • Provide technical support if suitable to Department Coordinators, Estimators, and Foremen
    • Participate in quoting reviews as requested by Account Representative
    • Plan site visits with Estimators and Coordinators during the quoting process as directed by the Account Manager
    • Conduct on site line-ups as suitable for the job
    • Update project status in company software system to show progress on extended jobs
    • Track and bill for project management hours by working with Account Managers
    • Fill out and submit building permits as needed

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of industrial/commercial trade experience (concrete, electrical, mechanical, machinery moving, etc.) preferred
    • Previous experience running multiple trade crews in an industrial, or commercial environment
    • Prior experience managing sub-contractor work from quoting to completion
    • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
    • Ability to provide and update customers with required documentation relating to timing, materials, and safety
    • Ability to schedule project launch meetings to develop an efficient plan of work
    • Follow-up with Customer at the end of the job to confirm satisfaction
