  • Interpret drawings for various jobs and fabricate to industry standards
  • Ensure working environment is clean and safe
  • Communicate between field and office personnel daily on prioritization of work
  • Must be self-motivating, organized, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Quality and detail orientation is a must
  • Order material to maintain proper stock of shop
  • Operate fabricating machines such as rolls, shears, brakes, and plasma cutting machine


  • 5+ years’ experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication
  • Experience in all aspects of assembly and processing of both sheet metal duct and fittings
  • Proficient in MIG welding of sheet metal consisting of galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Ability to accurately enter fittings into computer for HVAC fitting software system to prepare for plasma machine 
  • Must be able to interpret and work independently from shop drawings and blueprints
  • Valid Driver's License
