  • Assist Foreman and learn all aspects of the job
  • Operate skid steer, excavator and dump trucks
  • Assemble Symon brand form panels
  • Fabricate and install hand crafted steel and or wood forms
  • Weld and install embedded steel items in concrete
  • Assist with layout
  • Place concrete walls & slabs
  • Perform daily jobsite cleanup
  • Responsible for safety in all aspects of their work
  • Responsible to keep utility truck stocked, clean, organized and ready to work
  • Stage and setup equipment and materials needed on the job
  • Travel to job sites with their Foreman


  • At least 1 year of experience in concrete work
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting frequently
  • Follow Foreman’s instructions
  • Able to travel for 2-3 weeks at a time as jobs require
  • Standing for extended periods of time (4 - 8 hours)
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver 1-100 lbs
  • Equipment, tools, and materials
  • Overhead work
  • Valid Driver's License
